Highlands Region: Landsat Satellite Imagery
Landsat satellite composite image of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut Highlands (1999-2002). The map was originally composed for and exhibited at the USDA-Forest Service Highlands Study Team workshop held at Rutgers University in July 2005.

NJ Highlands Planning and Preservation Areas
This map was originally prepared for and exhibited at several Rutgers Agricultural Extension outreach meetings (May 2005). The composition summarizes the provisions of the NJ Water Protection and Planning Act, and illustrates the extent of the planning and preservation areas in each of the effected counties.

Discovering NJ's Southern Highlands
This map was originally created for the Green Map System (May 2005; October revision). The composition illustrates historic, cultural, and natural features that are unique to the southern portion of the New Jersey Highlands. A combination of descriptive text and globally recognized visual language result in an engaging and educational image.
