Original map "etopo5", tape from NOAA, Boulder, CO.
Comments:
The original map "etopo5" had over 7,000 categories with each
category a value of 1 meter. The program "r.mapcalc" was used
to generate a new map that visually better displayed the elevation.
All values under 1000m were divided into groups of 5 meters each,
From 1,000m to 3,000m the increments were 500m each, after that
(4000->7000m) each category contains 1000m ranges.
Color table assigned by r.colors using the following rules

1% 80 222 50
25% 99 200 80
95% 130 150 165
96% 150 155 185
97% 170 160 210
