ANNOUNCEMENTS


For the Final Exam there are no new required readings. But the new recommended readings are the remaining chapters in Steiner, Chapters 10-11. Other general related materials may be posted on the class blog, but they will not be required.

The only assigned reading for the 2nd exam is ANJEC Chapter 3. But the recommended readings are Steiner Chapters 4-9.

As was previously announced in class the 2nd exam and the 1st homework have each been postponed by one class period. The exam will be on Arpil 5th and the paper will be due on April 9th. Also, some of the old test questions on the Lecture Notes page include material for this exam. It is your job to know which represent material we have covered and which related to the third and final exam (and which reprsent material that we drop out for good).

Welcome back. Only one of our books is currently available at the Cook-Douglass Co-op. However, neither are required for the first day of class (Thursday, Jan 18). If the lines are too long, you can wait until next week to get them both.

ANJEC is holding their annual NJ Environmental Congress on October 28th in West Windsor. That is only about 20 minutes from campus and it is a great place to hear about the current issues that NGOS and Environmental Commissions are dealing with.
